• We will conduct an initial assessment of candidates' resumes to assess their fit based on your key criteria. If necessary, we can conduct screening phone calls.

• We will facilitate the engagement and communication with prospective employees, including scheduling interviews and assessments.

• We can conduct interviews (in English and German) at an additional cost - (Optional and upon your request)

• We will provide our expert advice regarding terms of employment and the local hiring process. We support you with the commercial aspects of the contract negotiations to help avoid local pitfalls.
